Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about sourcing local food from Hawaiʻi farmers.

How does delivery work?

We deliver fresh, locally grown food directly to your doorstep or a convenient neighborhood pickup site. Delivery schedules depend on your specific island and district; you can view your assigned delivery days during the checkout process.

Where does your food come from?

We partner with over 100 local farmers, ranchers, and food producers across the Hawaiian Islands. Each product listing includes the name of the farm or producer so you know exactly where your food was grown or made.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, we have a small minimum order requirement of $25 to ensure we can sustainably manage the logistics of transporting fresh goods from our network of local farms to your home.

What if I am not home during delivery?

If you aren't home, our drivers will leave your order in a shaded area. We highly recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs outside if you have ordered perishable items like meat, dairy, or delicate greens to maintain freshness.

What is your policy on product quality or missing items?

We strive for perfection, but if an item is missing or does not meet your quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a credit to your account for the value of the item.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Additionally, we are proud to support the local community by accepting SNAP/EBT payments for eligible food items through our online checkout.
