Organic White Sapote

White sapote is a tropical fruit with smooth, greenish-yellow skin and soft, creamy flesh that ranges in color from white to pale yellow. Often described as tasting like a mix of banana, pear, and vanilla custard.  White sapote is ready to eat when it begins to yellow.
